They're walking through New York City on their way to New Year's celebrations.

The awful Marxists won't announce the location of their protest until 11pm to 'confuse the police'.
The protest location will be revealed when the clock strikes 11. Perhaps to confuse the NYPD but then again the NYPD is creeping everywhere downtown. It's also funny that when you look in Times Square, you get a mixture of propaganda, fear mongering, and Megan Elek's performance.
