Fornnax Technology was named Best Supplier to the Tire Recycling Industry at the recent Recircle Awards.

“The award is evidence of our continued commitment to cutting-edge machinery to help move tire recycling forward,” Fornax says. The technology provider received this award at the Futurmotive Expo & Talks held in Bologna, Italy, in November.

The company intends to transform the recycling sector by addressing the global problem of end-of-life tyres. Fornnax's innovative technology has a strong focus on producing high-quality recycled materials. Ultimately, it wants to create new standards of quality in the tire recycling sector.

“This creative solution fits well with the ongoing movement to reduce carbon footprints in industrial processes and find more environmentally friendly alternatives,” Fornax says.

The company's recycling equipment is designed to maximize resource recovery, minimize environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable future in harmony with recycling legislation.

There are currently about 4 billion end-of-life tires in landfills and stockpiles around the world. Furthermore, an estimated 1 billion waste tires are added to the total.
