A washed-up actress arrived at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night wearing a dress emblazoned with “female anatomy” to protest abortion restrictions.
The US Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last year and restored abortion laws to the United States.

“My dress is by Gabriela Hearst and it has a vagina on it,” Gillian Anderson told a reporter on the red carpet.
“So, female anatomy? Well, why did you choose that?” The reporter asked.
“For many reasons,” she said.

Gillian Anderson also spoke with Extra about her dress.
“It's a collaboration with me, for my G-spot brand, which is an alternative wellness brand,” Gillian Anderson told Extra, adding that “the dress has Eunice in it.”
She told Extra that it took “three-and-a-half hours to embroider, and there's a lot.”
