Prince Andrew was publicly humiliated this week when his alleged obsession with the doll was revealed to the world in undisclosed documents relating to the late billionaire Jeffrey Epstein.
Andrew's alleged doll fetish
Andrew's name appeared repeatedly in unsealed documents that listed more than 150 names of Epstein's associates. In one document, Epstein's accuser, Joanna Sjoberg, spoke of an alleged encounter with Epstein years earlier with fellow “victim” Virginia Roberts Giuffre.
“At some point, Ghislaine asked me to come upstairs, so we went into a cupboard and took out the doll, which was the caricature of Prince Andrew, and dropped it,” she said. “There was a little tag on the doll that said ‘Prince Andrew,’ and that’s when I knew who he was.”
“He looked like him,” Sjoberg continued. So I took it down and presented it to him. Which was a great joke, because apparently it was a production of a BBC programme. They decided to take a photo with her, as Virginia and Andrew sat on the sofa. “They put the doll on Virginia’s lap, and I sat on Andrew’s lap, and they put the doll’s hand on Virginia’s chest, and Andrew put his hand on my breasts, and they took a picture.”

“Joanna confirmed that she saw Virginia when she was 17 years old at Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion in New York with Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell,” the documents read. “Joanna also testified that Prince Andrew sat with Virginia and Joanna and posed for a photo with a doll in his photo that had her hand and Prince Andrew's hand on their breasts.”
