Poll: American voters are increasingly dissatisfied with the war in Ukraine, and view the conflict as a dead end | Critic portal

American voters increasingly see the war in Ukraine as a stalemate, according to a new Rasmussen poll.

Democrats and the left in general have been more supportive of this conflict than any other war in recent memory. Iconizing the Ukrainian flag is a common practice among leftists on Twitter/X.

But after the United States pumped billions of taxpayer dollars into Ukraine, more voters believe victory in the conflict is possible.

    Washington Examiner report:

Voters turn against Ukraine, now seeing the war as a stalemate

After months of questioning President Joe Biden's delivery of tax money and Pentagon munitions to Ukraine, people have lowered their hopes for Kiev and seen its war stalled.

In a new poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports with Secrets, 52% said the war appears to be at a stalemate, compared to 45% who viewed it that way last May. Only 19% believe that Ukraine is the winner.

The new poll said the bleak outlook crosses party lines.

“At a time when many issues divide voters along partisan lines, there is remarkable consensus on war in Ukraine — 50% of Democrats, 53% of Republicans, and 52% of voters unaffiliated with either major party now approve of the war.” . The poll said that the relationship between Russia and Ukraine is essentially a stalemate.

Many Americans could see this coming from miles away.
