Former “Beverly Hills 90210” star Ian Ziering took to social media on Monday to reveal that he was brutally attacked by a Los Angeles biker gang over the weekend in a horrific incident that was caught on camera.
Ziering attacked in Los Angeles
TMZ reported that Ziering, 59, was driving down Hollywood Boulevard with his 12-year-old daughter on New Year's Eve when he was suddenly attacked by a gang of bikers, and the entire altercation was captured on camera. Although Ziering was surrounded by bystanders when he was attacked, note that no one stepped in to help the actor as he tried to fight off his attackers.
The Los Angeles Police Department told KTLA that officers responded to the area on Hollywood Blvd. and Highland Ave. around 3pm local time on Sunday after receiving “reports of a fight that broke out after a group of motorcyclists were driving recklessly.”
This incident remains under investigation, and while a police report has been filed listing Ziering as a victim, no arrests have been made at the time of this writing.

Ziering responds
Ziering took to Instagram the next day to give his thoughts on his ordeal.
“I was involved in a disturbing accident involving a group of individuals on scooters. While I was stuck in traffic, one of these passengers aggressively approached my vehicle resulting in a disturbing confrontation,” Ziering wrote. “In an attempt to assess any damage I exited my vehicle. Unfortunately, this behavior developed into a physical altercation, which I resorted to to protect myself.”
After assuring his fans that he and his daughter escaped “completely safely,” Ziering addressed his concerns about the “increasing audacity of such groups that disrupt public safety and peace.”
“This situation highlights the larger issue of rioting on our streets and the need for effective law enforcement responses to such behavior,” he explained. “As a citizen and a father, I find it unacceptable that maritime groups engage in this type of behaviour, causing fear and chaos, while the authorities’ response appears inadequate.”
He continued: “I have always been an advocate for standing up to intimidation and misconduct, and this incident reinforces my belief in the importance of personal and community safety.”
“We must address the underlying issues that lead to such disruptive behavior and make sure our streets are safe for everyone,” Ziering added. “I urge city officials and law enforcement to take decisive action against such chaos and provide the necessary resources to prevent it from happening again in the future.”
Ziering concluded his post by thanking his “family, friends and fans” for their support.
“It is in challenging moments like these that the strength and unity of our community is most important,” he wrote. “a happy new year.”

California crime
This is just more evidence that crime is completely out of control, not just in Los Angeles, but throughout liberal-run California as a whole. If the people of California want to do something to stop this, they might want to start voting leftists out of office, who find it easier to commit crimes.
Please join us in saying a prayer for Ziering and his daughter as they try to recover from the trauma of this ordeal.
