US Navy helicopters sank three Iranian-backed Houthi rebel boats and killed their entire crew in self-defense after terrorists attacked a container ship in the Red Sea.
This news comes hours after the Houthis in Yemen fired two ballistic missiles “at” two US warships in the Red Sea as they aided a merchant ship called the Maersk Hangzhou that had previously been struck by a Houthi missile, as Gateway Pundit’s Christine Taylor reported. The USS Gravely shot down both ballistic missiles.
On Sunday morning, the US Central Command revealed that four Houthi boats attacked the Maersk Hangzhou ship again by firing small arms and weapons from its crew. They got within 20 meters of the ship and tried to seize it.
A contracted security team aboard the container ship then returned fire in self-defense. The Maersk Hangzhou issued a distress call to alert the US Navy, which came to the ship's aid.

The Navy issued warnings to the Houthis, who responded by firing at the helicopters. This turned out to be a bad move on their part.
The US Navy responded by upgrading three of the four boats into submarines and killing every terrorist (10 total) on board. The fourth boat managed to flee the scene.
US Central Command stated that there was no damage to US personnel or equipment.
Axios' Barak Ravid reported that this is the most significant engagement for US forces against the Iran-backed Houthis since they began attacking ships in the Red Sea after the Gaza war began.
While the Maersk Hangzhou ship is safe and unharmed, the company has suspended all sailings in the Red Sea for 48 hours, according to Reuters.
While the Houthis have terrorized the Red Sea, the worthless Biden regime has refused to attack a single Houthi base in retaliation over the past three months.
Their weakness has only emboldened our enemies and placed our allies in greater danger.
