Dolly Parton has shared a cover of Tom Petty's 1985 song “Southern Accents,” which appears on the upcoming collection. Little Country: A Celebration of Tom Petty's Country Music. It comes with a video directed by Trey Fanjoy, which you can watch below.
“I've been fortunate enough to get to know Tom over the years,” Barton said in a press release. “He is an iconic artist and an important songwriter. I am so honored to be a part of this special album and to be able to share my version of one of Tom's best songs, 'Southern Accents.'
