Café des Chutes in Bend is hosting an Easter event on Saturday, focused on connecting the Ukrainian population of Central Oregon and sharing their culture.
“We're doing what's called a Final Saturday event. It's an event that this facility has had here at Old Iron Works for a long time. We were able to incorporate that with a Ukrainian pop-up this month. “We will have a station where children and adults alike can make their own little designs,” event organizer Mila Schellhoff said.
