Tonight: High 55 degrees as yesterday's cold front left the area.

Tonight: Below freezing temperatures for half of the southern Plains region. The local low tonight is 31 degrees

tomorrow: A cold morning with temperatures reaching 72 degrees

Another night of freezing temperatures as the end of this cold front begins to leave our area. The associated cold front that visited us yesterday will remain the only eventful weather story over the weekend. Sunshine is back in our forecast today, bringing spring-like temperatures. Light winds will prevail tonight as the cold weather continues until the morning hours.

Also happening tonight! Don't forget to change those clocks an hour earlier! Even though we will lose an hour of sleep, we will be given more solar energy input throughout our day. It might be a rough start to the morning tomorrow with the time change, but the sun will be shining and the warming up process will begin. A UV index of 6.4 will also be prominent.
