It's actually happening now. What was once dismissed as paranoia is now a reality. Americans are now being convicted of crimes of misleading transgender individuals. Women must now accept biological men into women's bathrooms and locker rooms or be found guilty of crimes.
In Portland, Oregon (of course), a Multnomah County jury convicted Cassandra McIntyre, a straight woman, of harassment and bias crimes because she abused Rhea Larsen using the women's bathroom at a Portland bar.

Official court documents explain a little about what happened:
The Oregonian explains:
An off-duty waiter who ordered a customer not to use the women's bathroom and pushed the woman when she tried to explain her gender identity was found guilty of second-degree bias and harassment charges Wednesday.
The confrontation, captured on CCTV footage, showed Cassie McIntyre pushing customer Reece Larsen, a transgender woman, out of the women's restroom at Jake's Place.
Larsen testified in court Tuesday that she had just exited the women's bathroom, a single-user room with a locked door, when McIntyre cornered her and told her she was a “man” and should use the other restroom.
Larsen, 35, said she tried to explain her gender identity, but McIntyre, 40, told her to “get out” using an expletive, then pushed her. The video showed the payment but did not record the sound.
Surveillance footage showed the two women approaching the waiter on duty after the brief altercation. Another patron, RJ Stangland, testified that he heard McIntyre continue to use the wrong pronouns for Larsen and say that Larsen should not be allowed to use the women's bathroom.
In her own testimony, McIntyre alleged that Larsen cut the line in the women's bathroom and pushed another regular who complained. McIntyre said she then objected to Larsen but did not understand that she was abusing her.
“I wasn't trying to misdefine it, I had to look up the meaning of transgender in the dictionary,” McIntyre said. “We were just arguing about spilled milk.”
Deputy District Attorney Charlie Weiss prosecuted the case on behalf of Rep.-elect Mike Schmidt, who constantly makes national headlines for his embarrassing stunts and crazy “progressive” stance of just letting criminals off the hook by dropping charges on almost everyone. If McIntyre had instead been wearing Black Bloc clothing, carrying a “Black Lives Matter” sign, smashing a bunch of windows and assaulting random passers-by, no charges would have been brought against him.
Instead, the jury convicted her on both counts, deciding that a “reasonable” person would not have acted in the same way.
A grand jury indicted her last August after hearing from only two witnesses.
Multnomah County Judge Christopher Marshall sentenced McIntyre to two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.
This sends a clear message to all Americans: Respect pronouns…. Or another.
