New CCTV video was released earlier Tuesday showing Kamala Harris exiting the US Capitol at 11:21 a.m. on January 6, 2021.
The Justice Department later lied and later filed year-long indictments against Trump supporters claiming that Kamala Harris was still in the building later that day.
The video was released today by Free State Will.
A newly released Capitol CCTV camera shows Senator Kamala Harris exiting the Capitol at 11:21 a.m. on January 6. The government filed indictments in the Jan. 6 cases for nearly a year, falsely claiming that Harris was still at the Capitol.

The video also shows a man dressed as a protester and wearing a hoodie coordinating with police before any protesters entered the US Capitol that day.
Newly released CCTV also shows a man wearing a hoodie coordinating with police at 2:03 p.m. (ten minutes before any protesters entered the Capitol). I noticed this in a case filed about a year ago. https://t.co/2gWvbdULir pic.twitter.com/WNfUp3Yvvs

More than 100 J6 defendants were indicted on 1512c felony charges for their actions that day. The Justice Department alleged in the charges that Kamala Harris and Vice President Mike Pence were in the US Capitol at the time of the riot.
The mother of a J6 attendee who was charged by the Department of Justice with a felony raised a number of issues with the government's allegations.
The mother of the political prisoner on January 6, whose son faces 20 years for reporting inside the US Capitol, publishes a list of must-read facts.
The woman noted in her argument in the above post that neither Harris nor Pence were in the Capitol during a critical period of time.
7. Unjust felony charge (1512a to c)
More than 100 defendants were charged with the criminal charge of 1512 which could see them imprisoned for many years with the maximum penalty reaching 20 years of imprisonment. However, this charge is inaccurate, as no session of Congress was held, but it now appears that neither of the two core members, Kamala and Pence, were actually present in the Capitol building. They were evacuated from the ground due to the discovery of a pipe bomb at the DNC and RNC. Harris was at the Democratic National Committee and Pence left around 1:40, so neither was present. It should be noted that this charge was originally brought against Enron employees who destroyed evidence during hearings in DC.
Even the far-left Politico party admitted that the accusations were not true:
Previous versions of the charge against Griffin incorrectly suggested that then-Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, another Secret Service protégé, was at the Capitol during the riot.
But prosecutors have acknowledged that their initial claim was false, and Politico has since revealed that Harris was blocks away at the Democratic National Committee offices when the mob overran the building. There, she was evacuated after authorities discovered a pipe bomb outside. Prosecutors subsequently removed language about Harris from hundreds of Capitol riot indictments.
Macfadyen touched on this point in his order.
“The government has never explained how it got this basic fact wrong for so long,” he said. “She was supposedly relying on the statements of Secret Service employees and, in criminal cases, grand jury testimony. Given all of this, Griffin may investigate the evidence provided by the government regarding Vice President Pence's whereabouts.
At least 100 Trump supporters have been charged by the corrupt Justice Department that falsely claimed Kamala was still in the building when the Capitol was first breached. We now know that this was completely wrong.
So who will hold the Ministry of Justice accountable?
Here are more videos of Kamala leaving the building including the video number.
