CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Some local businesses are embracing the mild weather. Northway Golf Center in Clifton Park opened its outdoor range last Wednesday.
The company said golf has become a year-round sport with the advent of golf simulators and indoor courses. But it's hard to beat playing abroad.
“But the nice weather is coming, the courses will be opening early, so people can enjoy that,” said Jeremy Mendrick, director of sales and customer service.
The company said this is the closest they have seen weather warm enough that has allowed them to open their doors.
