Game critic darling Starfield is the first new world in over 25 years from the makers of Bethesda Game Studios, Skyrim, and Fallout 4. The game will be released in 2023 as an Xbox Series and Arkane Studios.
The title is a role-playing game in which you, as a player, can switch first-person and third-person point of view (depending on your gameplay preferences). In the game, you can land on thousands of planets, moons, and space stations, as well as fictional and non-fictional planetary systems within the Milky Way Galaxy. Thousands of planets and an unlimited number of moons and space stations are available. Most of the landscapes in the game are procedurally generated, depending on the star and the planet's atmosphere.
Will Starfield launch on PS5?
As of March 2024, it is still unknown if Starfield will release on PS5. While there are rumors that the game may become available to PlayStation 5 users in late 2024, they are just rumours.
