Rachel Alexander of the Arizona Sun-Times reports,
Brian Plame, who represents Lake in her lawsuit challenging election irregularities in her gubernatorial race, said: Arizona Sun-Times“Maricopa County is long overdue for effective leadership in the County Attorney's Office. This office needs significant change starting with its tenured attorneys.”

She co-founded Speak Up, Stand Up, Save a Life (SUSUSL) in 2018. After encountering a scene at a high school where two teenage girls were killed in a murder-suicide, she created the organization “to spread awareness that when someone’s life is in danger, speaking up And telling a trusted adult is the right thing to do and may save someone's life.SUSUSL holds annual conferences, which have grown to nearly 5,000 participants and reach over 400,000 students throughout Arizona.
Godber told Izzaz in 2022 that if she became district attorney, she intended to form an “election integrity task force that will work to ensure all of our laws are enforced.”
“Let me be clear, if there is evidence that our electoral laws have been violated, the perpetrator will be prosecuted,” she said.
Rachel Mitchell, the current Maricopa County Prosecutor, took office after former Maricopa County Prosecutor Alistair Adel resigned on March 21, 2022. Adel remained silent about the stolen 2020 election in Maricopa County, as the Arizona Senate's full forensic audit revealed Fraud and violations of the law on a massive scale, and there was a glimmer of hope that Maricopa County could replace her with a lawyer fighting for fair elections.
However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, tasked with filling Adel's vacancy, had applicants fill out a questionnaire asking whether or not the candidate believes fraud occurred in the 2020 presidential election. The moderators then selected Rachel Mitchell, who was The only candidate who immediately said the board had a clean election. The other two candidates, Annie Foster and Jenna Godber, reportedly avoided answering the question at first.
Cover-up: Maricopa County supervisors asked candidates on county attorney application “Did the Board of Supervisors err in certifying the 2020 election results?”
Gateway Pundit has reported on multiple instances of egregious wrongdoing committed by incumbent Rachel Mitchell since her appointment by the Board of Supervisors and her re-election in 2022.
Mitchell defended the county's decision to unconstitutionally exclude The Gateway Pundit reporter Jordan Conradson from election-related news conferences before, during and after the sham 2022 general election, in which 60% of voting machines across Maricopa failed on Election Day, personally disenfranchising Republicans. In voting. Voters. Maricopa County later entered into a settlement agreement with The Gateway Pundit and paid $175,000 in compensation to our organization.
Mitchell then defended the sham election conducted by the Maricopa County Elections Department, and requested sanctions against attorneys Carrie Lake, Abby Hamadeh, and Mark Finchem when they ran in the clearly fraudulent election conducted using rigged machines, tampered voter registrations, and phony mail-in ballots. without any reason. Chain of custody or signature verification.
Most recently, Mitchell's office charged Turning Point USA (TPUSA) reporters with harassment, assault and disorderly conduct after they defended themselves from an attack by an Arizona State University professor. Surveillance video of the dispute clearly shows that the professor was the aggressor who rushed towards the journalists and attacked them.
Abi Hamada commented on X earlier this month, saying:
worked with @Rachel1Mitchell It is sad to see what it has become. Rachel is a puppet of the political establishment and protector of the corrupt cabal. The Maricopa County District Attorney's Office deserves better.
Rachel withheld evidence of provisional balloting in our election lawsuit, and did not turn it over to us until after the trial. crazy. She demanded that sanctions be imposed against her @karelik To challenge the corrupt and rigged November 2022 elections.
She violated the First Amendment and wasted more than $175,000 after she settled and defended the Maricopa County BOS's decision to ban her @gatewaypundit's @conradsonjordan From covering county press conferences.
It had a radical Democratic chief of staff.
I denied a sexual assault survivor a keynote speaker because the survivor criticized Katie Hobbs.
She continues to stand by Adrian Fontes and Kris Mayes in our ongoing election lawsuit and refuses to count valid votes.
Charges were brought against her @TPUSA Journalists and activists after being assaulted on the campus of Arizona State University.
The prosecutors currently working in this office are appalled by her judgment and weakness. Rachel failed, and it's time for new blood who doesn't owe anyone any special favors.
