Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services Rachel Levine is a very important person.
“She” (Levine is a biological transgender male, born Richard Levine) has now made a bold announcement about a major issue that uniquely impacts the Black community.

You can't make this up

You really can't make this stuff up.

How does the climate know that there are borders between certain ethnic communities when the US federal government does not believe there is any kind of border at all?
Everything is so amazing.
“Climate change is having a disproportionate impact on the physical and mental health of black communities,” Levine deadpanned.
seriously? seriously.
