happy Friday everyone! After the snowfall last night, many of us are waking up to some snow-covered cars. Make sure to give yourself a few extra minutes to remove them. We will be cold all day with very windy conditions. Wind speeds could reach 45 mph across most of our area. The Cape could see wind gusts between 50 and 55 mph.
A wind advisory is in effect for the Cape and Islands when gusts reach 50-55 mph, and also in effect for northern Connecticut and central Massachusetts when gusts reach 40-50 mph. Elsewhere, wind speeds could reach 40-45 mph
