The latest playable demo footage for Minecraft 1.21 has added several interesting features to the game, including the new Breeze horde. The Minecraft Breeze and its unique drop, the Wind Charge, appear to be aerial versions of the unique defenders of the Nether Fortresses known as Blaze. The latter drops Flame Rods, a physical representation of its element.
This led the game community to suffer theories and speculation about whether land and water elements would be added in future Minecraft updates. And if so, whether they will come with their own unique racially themed elements remains to be seen.

Players are speculating on the future of item mobs in Minecraft
Earth elements and water elements
Reddit user u/Vostok32 shared his opinion on what potential mobs could look and be named. The water elemental is called “Brine”, a reference to heavily salted water, while the earth elemental is named “Cavity”, which is likely a reference to how mobs are able to dig tunnels through the ground, digging them out.
Both the Brine and the Socket feature the iconic elemental cube head of the Brine and the Breeze, with additional tips made up of separate boxes. The brine is appropriately modeled after a squid, with the design of the cavity suggesting there's more of the creature hidden just below the surface.
In a similar post by Reddit user u/Luc78as, one comment expressed hope not only for four different elemental mobs to appear but also for a boss that takes design elements from all of them for a giant multi-elemental boss fight. Although the idea is unlikely, it is interesting.
Land fees and water fees
Any potential items with an elemental nature will need an appropriate effect related to their element. Fire charges can start fires or explode, while wind charges can propel objects with gusts of air.
It is possible to use ground charge on any naturally created block to create a copy of it. This can be done either by placing the copy on the side of the block the player has interacted with or by dropping it on the ground in item form for the hoppers to collect.
The potential water charge can act as a single-use water bucket, converting to a single-source water block at the placement site. Or, to make it a little better than buckets, it can be a consumable item that fills a two-by-two space. This means that a single charge of water can create an infinite supply of water when used.
With the inclusion of Breeze in Minecraft 1.21, there's nothing in store for the future of the game. Although it's unlikely that any official items will resemble fan creations, it's always fun to speculate and it's fun to see the community so excited about the future of the game.
