Angry Joe Biden explodes in the face of a reporter asking about his age and mental acuity after the special advisor described him as an “old man with a weak memory” (Video) | Critic portal

Joe Biden on Thursday evening made his remarks after Special Counsel Robert Hoare released a 345-page report on the investigation into the stolen classified documents.

Joe Biden stole classified documents classified by SCIF and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center, his garage in Delaware, his home in Virginia, and his attorney's office in Boston.

Hoare found that Joe Biden “intentionally kept” classified information, but decided not to charge him. Hoare said there was evidence that Biden kept secret notebooks, “knowing that he was not allowed to.”

The Justice Department defended not bringing charges against Biden because he is a “sympathetic, well-intentioned elderly man with a weak memory.”

We also considered it likely that, during the trial, Mr. Biden would present himself to the jury, as he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning old man with a failing memory. Based on our direct interactions with him and our observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to make a reasonable suspicion determination. It would be difficult to convince a jury that he – by then a former president in his 80s – should be convicted of a serious felony requiring a mental state of premeditation. Read the report.

Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy asked Joe Biden about Robert Hoare's decision not to indict him because he is a “sympathetic, well-meaning old man with a poor memory.”

Biden responded to Doocy with sarcasm: “I'm well-meaning and I'm an old man and I know what the hell I'm doing and I'm the president and I'm getting this country back on its feet…”

Peter Doocy asked Biden: “How bad is your memory?”

Biden responded, saying: “My memory is very bad, I will let you speak.”

The press turned on Joe Biden after the Hoare report was released. One reporter suggested that Joe Biden step aside and allow another Democrat to run for president against Trump.

    Good.

Joe Biden was not happy about this.

Biden took the photos after a reporter asked him about his age and mental ability.

“[The] The American people have been watching you and have expressed concerns about your age…”

Biden exploded at her: “This is your rule!” This is your rule!
