Step five, Working with RINOs on a partisan basis to create frivolous legislation would make the crisis vastly worse.
Step six, Make sure the bill is so bad that it becomes so toxic to Republicans that even the Republican RINO leadership that helped negotiate it is forced to abandon it.
Step seven, Submit the ill-fated legislation as the strongest immigration and border bill in history, knowing the media will faithfully echo your propaganda.
Step eight, They claim the only reason Republicans abandoned the bill is because Trump wants to use open borders as a campaign issue.
Step nine, Adopt your new 2024 campaign slogan: The border crisis is Trump's fault.
Then, every day from now until November, the American people will know that the only reason the border is not secure is because of Donald Trump.

He ended all of Trump's deportation policies, ordered ICE to halt removals and ordered CBP to begin mass releases of illegal aliens into America.
