California remains windy on Wednesday
As the deadly atmospheric river sweeping across California approaches winds, a new storm will move along the coast on Wednesday. Energy from the atmospheric river that struck California moves inland, bringing rain and even thunderstorms to the southwest. This includes Las Vegas, which is welcoming thousands of people ahead of the Super Bowl this weekend. Phoenix, in neighboring Arizona, will also see stormy weather on Wednesday. Another storm brings rain chances to both cities on Thursday as well.
