Former Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson has been spotted in Moscow, amid speculation that he is in Russia to interview President Vladimir Putin.
This development comes after Carlson's repeated assertions that his efforts to secure a high-level interview with Putin had previously been derailed by US government interference.
In 2021, the former Fox News host claimed that the National Security Agency (NSA) had intercepted his communications, a move he asserted was aimed at undermining the success of his show and silencing his voice critical of the Biden regime.
Tucker told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo that a journalist called him and informed him that the NSA had leaked his emails to the media.
The goal of the leaks is to cancel Tucker Carlson's popular show on Fox News, according to the whistleblower.
“They're not allowed to spy on American citizens, that's the way it is,” Tucker said, adding that it was “shocking” that he was targeted for criticizing the Biden administration.
“These are things that belong to banana republics and third world countries,” Bartiromo said.
NSA officials said Tucker was not a “target” of the investigation, but as we suspected, the NSA spied on Tucker by “coincidentally collecting” his communications while “targeting” someone else.
A new NSA review confirms that Tucker Carlson was “outed” — and of course the agency confirms that it never “targeted” Tucker.
A Fox News spokesperson told The Record: “For the NSA to expose Tucker Carlson or any journalist trying to obtain a newsworthy interview is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about their activities as well as their original denial, which was deeply misleading.” big”.
In another interview, Carlson shared details:
“The NSA hacked my Signal account, which I didn't know they could do,” he previously said.
“I got a call from someone in Washington. This person said: Are you coming to Washington anytime soon? Yes. In fact, I'll wake up in a week, and meet me on Sunday morning.
“So I went, and this guy was like, 'Are you planning a trip to visit Putin?' And I was like, “How do you know that?” I didn't tell anyone. I mean anyone. Not my brother. “Not my wife, not anyone.”
“How do you know that?” “Because the NSA retracted your message with the other person you were messaging.”

So far, neither Carlson nor his team has confirmed the purpose of his visit to Moscow, and no official statement has been issued by the Kremlin regarding the interview. The world is eagerly waiting to know if these speculations are true and what information such an interview might bring to the international stage.
