Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and her husband, former NBA forward David Lee, have listed their stunning Miami Beach home.
The sports couple, who married in 2019, is asking $42.5 million for the luxury residence.
The large unit is located in a building on the ultra-exclusive Fisher Island, where celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Mel Brooks also have residences. Wozniacki and Lee purchased the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property in 2021 for $18.7 million.
This isn't their first foray into Fisher Island: the duo previously owned another apartment in the same building. They sold that unit in February 2021 for $16.25 million.
Sky high luxury
This luxury unit is everything a well-heeled buyer could want in a penthouse apartment. 7,000 square feet of living space? Checks. Herringbone oak floors? naturally. Skyline views? Challenge.
There are also four social areas, a Bayfront bar, and a gourmet Gaggenau kitchen with a marble dining center island and wine wall. Multiple dining areas and adjacent patio space maximize the home's ability to entertain.
