The conservative judicial watchdog group announced Tuesday that it has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Defense over documents related to a Biden staffer involved in Joe Biden's stolen classified documents scandal.
The House Oversight Committee revealed in October that five White House employees were involved in the case of Biden's stolen secret documents.
Joe Biden stole secret documents assigned by SCIF and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center.
Biden also stored classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette where his son Hunter was able to access sensitive materials.
Nine boxes of documents were taken from Joe Biden's lawyer's office in Boston and we have no idea what's in those boxes because the National Archives is covering up for Biden.
Joe Biden also withheld information from the Senate Information Committee.
Recall that it was reported that Joe Biden's attorney first discovered “Obama-Biden administration documents in a locked cabinet while packing files as they prepared to close down Biden's office at the Penn Biden Center” in November 2022.
This timeline presented by Biden's lawyers is, of course, a lie.
Kathy Chung, a former aide to Joe Biden as vice president, testified in April before the House Oversight Committee about Biden's mishandling of classified documents since he became vice president.
Chung testified that White House advisor Dana Remus tasked her with retrieving boxes of classified documents from the Penn Biden Center as early as May 2022.
Judicial Watch has filed a lawsuit over the communications of Biden staffer Cathy Chung.
According to new information released by the House Oversight Committee, Joe Biden lied about the timeline. Annie Tommasini, Assistant to the President, Senior Advisor to the President and Director of Oval Office Operations, went to the Pennsylvania Biden Center to inventory President Biden's documents and materials on March 18, 2021.
Judicial surveillance reported:

“While the Biden administration was planning to jail former President Trump over a documents dispute, Biden operatives were desperately trying to cover up the Biden documents scandal,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch. “The cover-up continues with another Biden agency hiding records in violation of the law.”
