On Monday, the so-called “conservative” Supreme Court ultimately decided that the Biden administration’s federal Border Patrol agents could cut the razor wire that Texas had erected along the U.S.-Mexico border to help prevent illegal immigrants from entering the country.
By a vote of 5 to 4, the court granted an emergency request filed by the Biden administration, arguing that Texas was preventing federal agents from carrying out their duties — which in this case appears to be the exact opposite of border security.

Court says barbed wire can come down
As readers expected, two “conservative” justices sided with the court's liberals to allow the federal government to tear down Texas' defenses and open the border.
Opening, not closing and maintaining security, seems to be the duties of the border guards.
NBC News reported:
The Biden administration says the wire is preventing agents from reaching migrants who have already crossed the border into the United States
Texas Governor Greg Abbott, a Republican, installed razor wire near the Rio Grande River in Eagle Pass as part of an operation to tackle illegal immigration that has brought the state into conflict with the Biden administration.
Texas filed a lawsuit after Border Patrol agents cut down some razor wire, claiming the agents trespassed and damaged state property.
A federal judge ruled in favor of the Biden administration, but the New Orleans-based US 5th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned that decision last month, saying agents could not cut or move the cord unless there was a medical emergency.
One question that doesn't seem to get asked enough in conservative circles is, “Why do Border Patrol agents follow these orders?”
Conservatives often express the idea that enforcing the law is de facto in their favor, no matter how many times that idea has been proven disastrously wrong. Will this change their minds?
“Abbott’s immigration enforcement plan, called Operation Lone Star, includes busing thousands of migrants to Democratic-led cities and arresting migrants on trespassing charges,” the story added. The state has previously placed buoys in the Rio Grande to prevent crossings, prompting the Biden administration to To file a lawsuit. The barrier currently remains in place while litigation continues.

Texas is invaded
So lets get this straight.
Texas is overrun by illegal immigrants every day. Federal border agents aren't doing anything about it. Texas steps in and adds razor wire to the border to help stop illegal entry.
And the nation's highest court says Texas can't do this? That the country must simply live with being invaded?
There is a call ahead. We hope that this decision will not stand.
