Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton vowed Monday evening to challenge the Supreme Court's ruling on razor wire on the southern border.
The US Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Biden regime and allowed Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire installed on the Texas-Mexico border.
By a vote of 5 to 4, the Supreme Court granted Biden's emergency request.
This is the ninth time the Supreme Court has sided with the Biden regime out of 14 emergency motions.
Ken Paxton responded and pledged to defend Texas sovereignty.
“The Supreme Court’s temporary order allows Biden to continue his illegal efforts to assist in the alien invasion of America. Destroying the border barriers in Texas will not help enforce the law or keep American citizens safe. This fight is not over, and I look forward to defending our nation’s sovereignty.” “Ken Paxton said.

Gov. Greg Abbott (R) previously installed about 30 miles of razor wire on the Texas-Mexico border near Eagle Pass to stem the flow of illegal aliens being allowed in by the Biden administration.
In October, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the Biden regime over the cutting of razor wire at the border.
I like how you used an image showing a Texas soldier and barbed wire, while Texas put both there because of Joe Biden's open borders.
By the way, don't forget that this is what Joe Biden ordered BP agents to do. pic.twitter.com/M3AF57zZOp

The lawsuit reached the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals after a federal judge sided with Biden. The Court of Appeal said last month that agents cannot cut razor wire.
On Monday, conservative Justices Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett (a Trump appointee) sided with the liberals and approved the Biden regime's emergency request.
