Precipitation totals expected Monday through early Tuesday range from 0.50″-1.50″ across the lower deserts.
More wet weather is on our way.
The storm system is bringing moisture from the Pacific Ocean and intensifying over Arizona, said Mark O'Malley of the National Weather Service.
“Most locations will see about a half-inch of rain when all is said and done, and there may be a lucky few who see well over an inch of rain accumulation,” O'Malley said.
Rain is likely to continue through Tuesday in the Valley, O'Malley said. Sunny weather is expected to return in time for the weekend.
