The Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs will play each other tonight in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs. Bills quarterback Josh Allen was never able to defeat Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes in the playoffs, going 0-2 against the two-time MVP. However, this time, the Bills will be playing at home. Maybe this is the change they need to get KC's metaphorical monkey off their backs.
Just last week, the Bills' game against the Pittsburgh Steelers had to be postponed due to a snowstorm sweeping across western New York. Stadium workers and volunteers had to shovel several feet of snow in order to prepare Highmark Stadium for the game, and they had to do the same again this week. Although the situation this weekend was not bad, with no need to reschedule, the snow and low temperatures will undoubtedly still have an impact on the game.
Here is the weather report for tonight's match.

Weather report for Chiefs vs. Bills:

The National Weather Service (NWS) expects scattered flurries until midnight local time in Buffalo. Since the game is scheduled to start at 6:30 PM ET, snow could be a factor during the game. Fortunately, the snow should be light and inconsistent. Meanwhile, winds are blowing west at 9 to 13 mph. This is a good storm, and could play a role in field goal attempts, but it is unlikely to seriously impact the game.
What will the temperature be around Buffalo?
According to the National Weather Service, the minimum temperature during the game should be around 16 degrees and temperatures should not rise above 24 degrees.
This could be bad news for the Buffalo Bills. Patrick Mahomes is 5-0 all-time when the game temperature is below 18 degrees, including their wild-card win over the Miami Dolphins last weekend.
