Far-left MSNBC host Elie Mistal suggested this week that Joe Biden could order a pre-emptive strike on Mar-a-Lago when he argued against Trump's immunity claims.
“So, if the Supreme Court says that presidents have, you know, complete immunity from prosecution and everything else, what's to stop them from, oh, I don't know, de facto President Joe Biden from launching a pre-emptive strike on the rebel stronghold of Mar-a-Lago to engineer regime change? Which prevents Biden from doing that, right?” said Elie Mistal.
He continued: “For the record, like Andrew [Weissmann] He was saying, I don't think Biden has the ability to strike a blow at his political rival, do you?
“Trump doesn't seem to understand — and the people who support Trump don't seem to understand — that the powers he gives himself should be given to every other president. But I think John Roberts will understand that,” Elie Mistal said.

Elie Mistal's crazy rant echoed ridiculous hypothetical arguments about Trump's immunity claims made by hired man Jack Smith and Biden-appointed judge Florence Pan.
Earlier this month, President Trump's attorney, John Sawyer, appeared before a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday morning to argue Trump's immunity claims in the Jack Smith case in D.C.
The three-judge panel is hearing oral arguments on the immunity claims: Florence Pan (Biden's nominee), Michelle Childs (Biden's nominee), and Karen Henderson (George W. Bush's nominee).
Remember, Jack Smith completely went off the rails and told a federal appeals court that Trump's immunity argument would allow him to order his supporters to kill opposition lawmakers.
Trump's lawyers argued that Trump is immune from federal prosecution for alleged “crimes” he committed while serving as president of the United States.
Jack Smith said that Trump is not immune from prosecution because he may order the killing of his political opponents or sell nuclear secrets.
“The implications of the defendant's broad immunity theory are troubling. In his view, the Court should treat the president's criminal conduct as immune from prosecution so long as it takes the form of correspondence with a government official on a matter of federal interest, or a meeting with a member of authority.” “or a meeting with a member of the executive branch. Or a statement on a matter of public concern,” according to Jack Smith's 82-page dossier reviewed by Critic portal.
Jack Smith's team claimed that if Trump was protected by the claim of presidential immunity, what would stop him from telling “his supporters' incitement during his State of the Union address to kill opposition lawmakers. . . .”
A three-judge panel heard oral arguments Tuesday and appeared skeptical of Trump's immunity claims — one judge, a Biden appointee, asked attorney John Sawyer whether Trump would be subject to criminal prosecution if he ordered SEAL Team 6 to assassinate his political rivals.
“Can a president who ordered SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival, and was not impeached, be subject to criminal prosecution?” Judge Florence Pan asked one of Biden's appointees, John Sawyer.
John Sawyer, former Solicitor General of Missouri and friend of The Gateway Pundit, responded, “If he is impeached and convicted first… My answer is qualified yes, there is a political process that must take place within the structure of our Constitution that would require impeachment and conviction by the Senate in this Exceptional cases…”
