Seth Rollins' path to WrestleMania is currently under threat, as the extent of the injury he sustained during last week's World Heavyweight Championship defense on Raw against Jinder Mahal has now been revealed, and it doesn't look like good news.
after WrestleVotes Reporting that Rollins was ready to address his future and his World Heavyweight Title status on this upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW, Fightful Select quickly addressed Rollins' condition, revealing that he had a torn ACL and a partially torn meniscus. The report goes on to state that it is unknown if Rollins will need surgery, with the hope that he will avoid it.
When it comes to surgery, PWInsider followed up on this topic by providing a potential time frame for a return, stating that Rollins could be back in 3-4 weeks, with a possibility of 4-6 if he does undergo surgery. Rollins was removed from advertisements for upcoming shows, replaced by Randy Orton at live events. During Friday Night SmackDown, WWE officially announced that Rollins will indeed be on Raw to open the show and talk about his future.
We wish Seth Rollins the best in his recovery ahead of WrestleMania season.
