According to far-left actor John Cusack, “Nazis” are running for political office in America.
Kozak did not say which candidates in particular he believed were Nazis. But the outspoken actor still seems certain that some are precisely that.

That, or he calls anyone to the right of Bernie Sanders — which also includes all the most boring Republicans you know and love — a “Nazi.” As a reminder, these “Nazis” cannot even bring themselves to vote against funding the war in Ukraine or for secure borders.
He reacted on social media to reports that Philadelphia's Horwitz-Wasserman Holocaust Memorial Plaza had been vandalized with a giant swastika.
Kozak shared a story from The Jerusalem Post detailing the incident, writing on X, “This is absolutely terrible.”

A post on the Memorial Square Facebook page asked for help identifying the suspect, calling the incident a “disgusting act of anti-Semitism that comes amid a staggering rise in anti-Jewish hatred throughout Philadelphia and the country more broadly.”
Cusack did not mention anyone in particular in his tweet. However, he is on record as not being a big fan of former President Donald Trump, whom he described in 2020 as a “psychopathic, virus-spreading, child-kidnapping Nazi rapist.”
Given Cusack's recent comment on X, it also seems like he has a real bug in his ear about Israel, sparking a lot of comments like the following:
Cusack is a frequent critic of Donald Trump and the Republican Party, but he occasionally criticizes Democrats as well.
The newspaper added: “Last September, he accused Democrats of abandoning the middle class in a lengthy tweet, claiming that the party “played a key role in creating the precise conditions for fascism to flourish.”
The newspaper noted that “Kozak was responding to news that a group of Democratic lawmakers had submitted court documents to block the imposition of a proposed wealth tax on the wealthy.”

We may never know, but it is easy to assume in his mind that they are on the right spectrum in American politics.
Which is really ridiculous, and only harms the cause he imagines himself serving. We have allowed the left to destroy any meaning the term “Nazism” once had.
