This was actress Ayo Edebiri answers on how she stays humble after winning a Golden Globe, a Critics' Choice Award and now an Emmy Award for her work on the TV show 'The Bear'.

But buying a home in the past couple of years has become more difficult due to skyrocketing prices and rising interest rates.
This has brought the price gap between renting and buying to its widest point since 2000, according to analysis by property technology platform Cadre.

Buying a home was 62% more expensive each month than renting in July 2023, according to Cadre.
The median sales price of an existing home in the United States in November was $387,700, according to the National Association of Realtors, amid talk of possible interest rate cuts in 2024.
Meanwhile, the average asking rent in the U.S. that month fell to $1,967, according to Redfin, marking the largest decline in more than three years.
Because of this discrepancy between monthly mortgage and rent payments, Edebiri shouldn't feel bad about renting right now.

Edebiri's salary for her work on “The Bear” is not public information, but she is set to get a big raise for the show's third season.
Edebiri, 28, whose other credits include a role on the TV show “Abbott Elementary” and voice acting performances in the animated films “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.” She also asked if she dreamed of winning acting awards when she was a child.
“She never dreamed of nights like this,” Edibiri said of herself when she was younger. “She was kind of dreaming about dental insurance.”
