A retired military officer is deeply concerned about the weaponization of the government, and he's becoming more vocal about his own experiences to expose it — especially as harassment continues against him and his fellow Americans under the Biden administration.
The Gateway Pundit spoke to Lt. Col. (Ret.) Evan Raichlin, a constitutional lawyer, former Army Green Beret, and former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) instructor. Raichlin said the U.S. Capitol Police Board, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Defense (DOD) have been “weaponized” against tens of thousands of people, including himself.
According to him, these departments of the executive branch were and are being used to “exploit and implement chaos” against the American people.
Raichlin has been very vocal on social media about the “illegal certification” of President Joe Biden on January 6, 2021. To this day, he continues to consult with various legislators at the state and federal level about what he views as an “illegal election.” According to him, the swearing-in of President Biden led to several “subsequent illegal actions” by the government. Some of these things affected him personally.
Raichlin served in the U.S. Army Reserve and was selected to command the battalion when he suddenly retired in August 2022. In his civilian capacity, he was a full-time instructor with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). In what he described as his “personal qualities” — aside from his service to the nation as a contract soldier and trainer — Raichlin has attracted more than 187,000 followers by posting his thoughts on the election and more on social media. For this reason, he said, he was “surveilled by US government surveillance agents and investigated for legal First Amendment activity.”
Investigation and monitoring were carried out
On December 22, 2020, Raichlin posted a memo titled “Operation Pence Card” on Twitter, now known as The results were calculated on January 6 by returning electoral rolls from states that held their elections outside the rules of the state legislature. Former President Donald Trump appeared to support the idea, retweeting one of Reichlin's posts about the document along with several of his other posts.
A year and a half later, “at the third session of the J6 Committee [in June 2022 to investigate the infiltration of the U.S. Capitol]“My tweet was flagged as part of the pressure campaign on Mike Pence,” Raichlin said [to reverse the results of the election]”.
As a result, Raichlen said he became a “target” of at least 20 investigations conducted by the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice. According to him, his claims may only be verified through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, or more likely, if classified information becomes unclassified. “They basically tried to use weapons against me for the First Amendment activism I was doing to expose the illegal election,” he explained.
“DHS launched a Threat Task Force investigation and placed me in the Quiet Skies program in August 2021,” he said. Short video It is considered “proof” of his assertion. He explained that “the program is used to monitor threat activities that do not reach the level of terrorists, and described those who uncover various levels of medical, election, and other government fraud as potential domestic terrorists.” “I was subjected to surveillance by federal air marshals and investigated as an insider threat by the Department of Homeland Security with assets from the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice due to my own research analysis and legal First Amendment activity surrounding the illegal 2020 election.”
Because these offices began a “campaign of pressure, harassment and intimidation” against Raichlin, he said: “They must be exposed.” For this reason, he said he began investigating all those involved in investigating, harassing, and attempting to intimidate him. Currently, he is withholding many of his findings for public consideration at a later date.
Don't back down
The previous election put America “on a path of having weak leadership and bad information spread across the country,” Raichlin said. Under President Biden, for example, “the Department of Defense imposed an illegal authorization,” he said [in August 2021, following Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s now-rescinded COVID-19 ‘vaccine’ policy for service members]”.
While the vaccine mandate was being implemented across the country, “I was very vocal about the lawless election and the illegal and unconstitutional mandate,” Raichlen said. He frequently published “documentary evidence and evidence that was censored at the time” to show the ineffective nature and dangerous effects of the Covid-19 vaccine. Meanwhile, as an Army soldier and defense contractor, he was also facing pressure to get the vaccine.
Initially, he was asked to share his vaccine status in an official document. He chose not to sign and inquired about “the legal authority that compels.” [him] To answer the question.” His concerns remained unanswered.
Also knowing that the form was optional, he chose not to respond, accepting the fact that he would be treated as an unvaccinated service member as a result. Like thousands of others, he was cited for refusing to answer the optional vaccine status form.
“But I hinted to my leadership that they would risk becoming accused if they deprived me of the ability to retire,” he said. “Because I was not properly notified of informed consent, and the fact that the authorization was completely illegal, I will not back down,” he said. “I was ready to bring it [legal] “The pain is for my leadership and they know it.”
As a result, and unlike thousands who have been forcibly separated from the service, Raichlin said he was able to “peacefully transition” into retirement without receiving the vaccination, which he considers “an unsafe and ineffective DNA denaturing injection.”
The Defense Intelligence Agency also denied him entry [DIA] Headquarters. The decision came after “receiving a raise and a high-performance evaluation” verified by The Gateway Pundit. He said the inability to contract with the Department of Defense resulted in a 90 percent cash loss that required a 401(k) withdrawal for his family to survive financially.
Against the novel
Raichlin wonders whether the government “took to arms” against him for speaking out against the election, rejecting the vaccine, or both. “Did they pursue me because of my own actions to expose illegal and illegitimate elections, or because I refused to comply with the illegal Department of Defense survey?” Asked.
“When the military fired service members because they refused to take the shot, they lost more than 8,500 critical thinkers,” he said. Tens of thousands more resigned or retired to avoid authorization, he added, likening the Defense Department's actions to Joseph Stalin's political purges in the 1930s. “Stalin alienated hundreds of thousands of people because they were challenging the prevailing narrative that was entirely based on an absolute lie,” he said.
That's why Raichlin said he is a signatory to the Declaration of Military Accountability, which seeks accountability for the harmful impact of the Department of Defense's implementation of the now-rescinded COVID-19 vaccine mandate. More than 18,000 people have signed the declaration along with the original 231.
He is optimistic for the American people, saying that “one day, both incidents of fraud — the Biden presidency and the illegal mandate — will be publicly acknowledged.” According to him, as the country continues to admit that it has been “deceived and manipulated,” the government will be forced to make legal, moral and ethical decisions in the future.
The Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, and the Department of Homeland Security did not respond by press time to requests for comment.
