Sheryl Crow has shared the lead single from her upcoming album development, which arrives on March 29. The song was produced by Mike Elizondo and features a guitar solo by Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello. Listen to it below.
“I wrote the song with just me on guitar and vocals, and I sent it to my producer, Mike Elizondo, and said, ‘This is bigger than me, can you handle it?’” Crowe said in a press release. “For me, Tom’s playing comes from another planet. “It's great that we were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in the same year, and his solo on 'Evolution' will catapult you into space.”
