It was indeed a mass festival, with hundreds of people making their way to the Killeen Civic and Convention Center in South WS Young for the Eclipse edition of Culture in the Arena, hosted by the Innovation Black Chamber of Commerce.

Culture On The Square is a community economic program aimed at revitalizing downtown Killeen through culture, entertainment, economics and bringing awareness to the downtown area. Sunday's event, although not taking place in Killeen's downtown arena, was full of family fun, food and entertainment.

Outside, in the center's parking lot, there was a car show that brought out exhibitors of meticulously appointed new and old models. If guests were feeling hungry, there were several food trucks parked along the entrance emitting some wonderful smells.

Right inside the mall, every type of booth one can imagine has been set up to sell and do business.

There were clothing vendors and artists offering some interesting pieces for sale. There were tables set up with jewelry, toys, and sweets.

Performing on the center stage were musicians and dancers of many genres ranging from Mexico with the Tierra Mestiza Folklorico Ballet to Hawaii with the Aloha Poimaikai dancers.
