    J. Cole has surprisingly launched a new project called Maybe deleted later. The 12-track collection features guest spots from Gucci Mane, Cam'ron, Bas, Central Cee, Ari Lennox and Young Dro. Stream it below.

The record's closing track, “7 Minute Drill,” seems to respond to Kendrick Lamar's recent guest verse on Future and Metro Boomin's “Like That,” which saw him taking shots at Drake and J. Cole. “I got a phone call, they say some guy's violating / You want some attention, come with accessories,” Cole raps. “He's still pitching but he's fallen like that The Simpsons/ Your first shit was a classic, your last shit was tragic / Your second shit put us to sleep but they gassed it out / Your third shit was massive and that was your prime / I was falling right behind and now you're just hitting me.

May Be Deleted Later marks Cole's first full-length release since 2021 Out of season. Earlier this year, the Fayetteville rapper confirmed that he had finished work on his upcoming album the fall.
