The last week of March ended on the mark of one of the best-performing weeks of the year. Bitcoin gained support near $70,000, while Ethereum gained support near $35,000. It brings into question who will be the biggest losers in the cryptocurrency space this week despite the bullish market situation.

This week, the cryptocurrency market maintained an intense greed zone with a Fear and Greed Index of 80. The market capitalization also rose by 0.30%, reaching a total of $2.66 trillion.

What are the losers in cryptocurrencies this week?

According to CoinmarketCap data, the week ends with the biggest losers in cryptocurrencies, including KuCoin, Bittensor, Fantom, Worldcoin, and Kaspa. Let's take a look at their performance one by one.

    KuCoin Token (KCS)

As legal issues continue with the KuCoin exchange, its native token, KCS, saw a massive 22% drop this week. KCS comes in first on the list of cryptocurrency losers this week. The price of the token fell to an intra-week low of $10.68. The coin's market value also decreased by 8%, with its current value standing at $1,050,558,550. But on the other hand, trading volume rose to $7,556,506 after a 92% rise.

    Pettensor (TAO)

Bittensor (TAO) is ranked 44 on CoinmarketCap with a current value of $3,178,010,133 after facing a loss of 7%. It is currently trading at $487.97 after a 16% decline this week.

Earlier, TAO was on the cusp of achieving its all-time high target of $759.61, but the price fell after reaching its best level of $730.21. This month, the token has made two peaks near the all-time high, and perhaps a third peak may be forming in the next few days as TAO trading volume has risen by 213%, pushing the value to $100,444,893.

    Phantom (FTM)

Earlier, Fantom reached a 2-year best price of $1.1378 before falling to the current value of $0.9508. Its market value also faced a decline, bringing its value today to $2,665,685,438 after a 3.5% decline.

It comes to this point after FTM's trading volume fell to $173,285,308 after facing a 10.23% decline.

    World Coin (WLD)

Worldcoin made a new all-time high of $11.82 at the beginning of March after a downtrend. Its current value is $8.29, roughly 30% below ATH. Despite the ongoing discussion about artificial intelligence, the global currency has had issues rising and is listed among the losers in the cryptocurrency space at the moment.

However, as of today, the cryptocurrency is attempting an uptrend as the market capitalization has risen by 1.06%, bringing the value to $1,369,816,446. Trading volume also increased by 12%, bringing the value to $327,320,737.

    Kaspa (KAS)

Kaspa (KAS) has been bullish through the three months of 2024. It rose to an all-time high of $0.1894 by the end of February. The ATH record was followed by a downtrend as the value fell by 28% in comparison.

At the time of writing, it is trading at $0.1353 after facing a 5% decline in a week. Its market value also decreased by 1.22%, reaching $3,134,568,146. In contrast to these losses, trading volume increased by 15%, bringing the value to $57,287,261.

    Conclusion

Several cryptocurrencies recorded their new all-time high values this month, which includes Bitcoin and several other altcoins. Conversely, some lost their previous gains. This week saw the biggest losers in the cryptocurrency space, including the exchange's native token KuCoin.
