1. Position: A senior position, qualified as a doctoral supervisor, in the educational institution.
2. Salary: During the initial appointment period of 5 years, the annual salary ranges from CNY 1.2 million to CNY 1.6 million (negotiable). Upon passing the assessment during the initial placement period, the individual may enter directly into the next placement period, during which the following items can be accumulated:

   • National-level talents may enjoy tax-free subsidies (up to 2 million RMB);
   • Eligible for support from the Aston Future Robotics Talent Fund worth CNY 800,000;
   • Eligible for “Zijin Young Scholars” Talent Fund support, with additional allowance of up to CNY 350,000 per year (for 3 consecutive years);
