Processing Technologies International, LLC (PTi)a provider of sheet extrusion systems, announces several changes within its leadership structure specifically targeted at achieving its strategic initiatives of focused operational excellence, continuous improvements, increased customer experience, and comprehensive delivery commitments.

Dave Durosa served as Vice President of Engineering and will now assume the role of Vice President of Control Technology. With over 43 years of experience in electrical design and manufacturing of extrusion systems, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge regarding PLC programming, drive control and web handling. Dave will also focus on his extensive knowledge and experience in developing, designing and implementing PTi control system products. He will remain a key component of ongoing projects, while serving as a mentor to the engineering group.
Mitch Gretzner has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering and will be responsible for all of the company's mechanical and electrical engineering efforts. Mitch has been with PTi for over 22 years and began his journey as a Mechanical Project Engineer in 2002. He has since progressed through several roles including Senior Project Engineer, Supervisor, Manager, and most recently Mechanical Engineering Production Manager. Through his hard work and dedication, he has shepherded successful projects through engineering for over two decades, playing a key role in the design as well as co-authoring several PTi patents.
Ryan Leopold has been promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing and will be responsible for all manufacturing, purchasing and project management activities at PTi. Ryan joined PTi in 2006 as a Mechanical Project Engineer. Over the past eighteen years, he has worked his way through various positions including Senior Project Engineer, Superintendent, Manager, Mechanical Engineering Design Protocol Manager, and most recently Manufacturing Manager. Ryan's many contributions include design work on numerous projects, including the original MultiNIP® Roll holder, HVTSE® Dual screw and uCAMS™ Projects. He has held key leadership roles, including developing the Genesis software, creating standardized design protocols, and co-authoring several PTi patents.
In addition to the changes at the executive level, PTi launched a strategic initiative focused on increased customer service experience with changes to its sales and after-sales departments. Rob Gurke recently joined PTi as Aftermarket Sales Manager which Gloria Navarro has successfully held for the past seven years. Rob comes to PTi with 11 years of sales and customer support experience in the parts and aftermarket industry, and is responsible for managing and supporting our expanding customer service representative and aftermarket group.
Gloria Navarro will now take on the newly created role of Engineering Aftermarket Solutions Sales Manager where she delivers the Engineering Solutions product within the Aftermarket portfolio to all PTi customers. She will benefit from the extensive experience she has gained since joining PTi 23 years ago.
In this role, Gloria will focus on after-sales support to customers with targeted engineering products and services that support rebuilds, retrofits, upgrade kits and machine modifications.
Brad Moore, who has over 27 years of sales experience in the plastics industry, recently joined PTi as Regional Sales Manager. Having worked in sales and marketing roles at Thermoformer Parts Supply (TPS) and Michigan thermoformer CMI, Brad has gained extensive technical and sales experience, with the advantage of networking and working with many of PTi's own customers.
