Personal training platform Future will create personalized workouts for participating Hyatt fitness centers as healthy travel increases

Hyatt Hotels and personal training platform Future have teamed up to enhance the hotel stay experience with free guided workouts developed by Future's expert trainers.

The Training and Hospitality System, customized for each fitness center and its equipment, is now available at 26 Hyatt Regency hotels and resorts in the United States. The fitness and wellness push will move to additional Hyatt Regency hotels and resorts later this year.

Guests at participating Hyatt Regency hotels and resorts can choose guided workouts that include different intensity levels, fitness levels and preferred activities as trainers guide them through Future's personal training app. After completing a customized in-hotel workout with Future, World of Hyatt members and guests are eligible for a complimentary one-month membership to Future, valued at $199.

“We built Future to seamlessly integrate fitness into the lives of our members, and it works especially well while traveling, where personalized attention and programming enable them to stay grounded outside of their daily routine,” said Rishi Mandal, co-founder and CEO of Future. . “Luxury is an important pillar of the Hyatt Regency brand, and they are on the right track here by offering personalized workouts for their guests and members.”

Mandal spoke at the DISRUPT 2023 event organized by Athletech News about the booming virtual personal training sector and the benefits of platforms such as the future of partnering with physical facilities.

    Wellness travel booms

Fitness leaders have planted seeds in the hospitality industry, each finding a way to offer their own fitness experiences to travelers who don't want to miss a workout.
