Orlando, Florida. -At least it wasn't wet, right? After what has been a cold and unstable winter so far, On Saturday, the Sunshine State reminded us what it's famous for.
Orlando officially recorded its first 90-degree day of the year and first since October 13 of last year.
On average, Orlando doesn't see its first 90-degree day until April 8.
The 90-degree temperature also broke the daily record of 89 degrees set in 1905.
Records for daily high temperatures were also broken in Leesburg and Daytona Beach. Sanford tied his own record for the day at 89 degrees.
Melbourne officially records a high temperature of 87 degrees, two degrees behind the record.
