Senate Democrats voted unanimously to reject the amendment that would have stopped counting illegal votes in the distribution of congressional seats and Electoral College (presidential) votes. Since illegal immigrants are mostly found in Democratic states, both the House and presidential votes were shifted 5% to the left, enough to shift the entire balance of power!
This is the main reason why the Biden administration is seeing record levels of illegal immigrants and carrying out so few deportations.
