The woman who accused team principal Christian Horner of inappropriate behavior has been suspended by Red Bull.
Allegations of inappropriate and controlling behavior were made against the 50-year-old, which he denied.
After an internal investigation, Red Bull's board of directors dismissed the complaint last week.
A company spokesperson said: “The company cannot comment on this internal matter.”
A day after Red Bull rejected the complaint, an anonymous email was leaked containing messages alleging Horner's involvement.
Speaking at the Bahrain Grand Prix last week, Horner refused to say whether the leaked messages were real.
Red Bull declined to reveal the name of the lawyer involved in the independent investigation or provide any other details about the report compiled or how they arrived at their decision.
After the complaint was dismissed, Red Bull said that “the complainant has the right to appeal.”
Horner has been Red Bull's team principal since they began their Formula 1 career in 2005, and has gone on to win seven drivers' championships and six constructors' titles with the team.
