President Trump was expected to win the Republican primary in Oklahoma on Tuesday evening, shortly after the polls closed.

    Coco News reports,

The Associated Press called the Oklahoma Republican primary race for the former president. This victory is Trump's latest during the primary season.

Super Tuesday's win marks Trump's second win in the Oklahoma primary. He won all 77 counties while running for re-election in 2020 and lost to Ted Cruz during the 2016 Republican primaries. In 2016, Trump won 16 counties in Oklahoma.

According to the 270 WIn website, Oklahoma's 43 delegates are awarded as follows:

    • There are 28 statewide delegates and 15 congressional district delegates (3 for each district).
    • In each case, the winner receives whatever the nominee exceeds 50%.
    • Otherwise, the proportion of statewide delegates is proportional to candidates who receive 15% of the vote.
    • In each district not decided by winner-take-all, the allocation is based on the number of candidates receiving 15% support.

Trump is on a hot streak, winning all the races called.

Entering the day, Trump had already destroyed Nikki Haley with 273 delegates to her 43 delegates. 1,215 of a total of 2,429 delegates nationwide are needed to win the Republican Party's nomination for president.

Polls closed at 8 pm in Alabama, Maine, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Arkansas at 8:30 pm, and polls in Colorado, Minnesota and Texas closed at 9 pm ET.

Polls close in California and Utah at 11pm ET, and finally in Alaska at midnight tonight.

President Trump, who is projecting a big win tonight, is expected to speak at his campaign watch event later tonight as results continue to roll in.
