Trump won his 10th race tonight, and is expected to be the winner of Colorado's presidential primary.
Colorado revealed itself as an enemy of free and fair elections when the Colorado Supreme Court kicked President Trump off the ballot for so-called crimes of insurrection. Fortunately, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the effort, which was supported by Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold in a unanimous 9-0 decision!
As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Supreme Court said states lack the ability to enforce Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment against presidential candidates.
“For the reasons stated, the responsibility to enforce the provision against federal officeholders and candidates lies with Congress, not with the United States. The Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling cannot stand,” the Colorado Supreme Court ruling said.
It was a direct rebuke to the clowns on the Colorado Supreme Court who thought they had the right to choose the people's Republican nominee this year — just as members of the Communist Party do in Hong Kong today. Mother China must vet candidates in Hong Kong before voting. American Democrats love this rule. They call it “democracy”.
On Tuesday, after the Supreme Court's 9-0 ruling, radical Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold declared on MSNBC that she knows the law better than all nine of the Supreme Court's justices, The Gateway Pundit reported.
Colorado GOP voters clearly know how much of a psychological Marxist this woman represents and her threat to the Constitution.
Five states still need to be counted: California, Vermont, Minnesota, Utah and Alaska.
Polls close in California and Utah at 11pm ET, and finally in Alaska at midnight tonight.
President Trump is expected to speak at his campaign watch event later tonight as results continue to roll in. Watch the live broadcast:
