Empowerment through self-care is a message Demi Lovato continues to amplify through her new role as an ambassador for Xeomin — an injectable neurotoxin alternative to Botox.
The 31-year-old singer is the latest to join Merz Aesthetics' Beauty on Your Terms campaign, which includes fellow musicians Christina Aguilera, Joe Jonas and Teyana Taylor.
“The Beauty on Your Terms campaign really resonates with me because I've always believed in the importance of being true to who you are and having choices that help you look and feel like the best, most authentic version of yourself,” Lovato said. Statement on Wednesday.
Lovato has incorporated anti-wrinkle injections, which are suitable for treating moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows, into her skincare treatment. “Part of that is also considering what goes into the products you choose to use,” Lovato added. “Xeomin allows me to maintain the natural look I love without any unnecessary ingredients.” According to the brand, Xeomin's double-filtered formula enhances its purity through its proprietary Xtract Technology process.
“As one of the hottest global sensations of her time, Demi Lovato embodies what it means to be beautiful on your terms by staying authentically true to herself inside and out,” said Patrick Urban, President of Merz Aesthetics North America. “We are thrilled to welcome another inspiring artist to our campaign, especially one who has tirelessly championed self-care and empowered everyone to live authentically in every aspect of their lives.”
The partnership with Merz Aesthics aligns with its strategy to introduce younger audiences to the injectable beauty category through the Beauty on Your Terms campaign, which launched in 2022. Lovato's campaign will appear across multiple channels, including its social media accounts.
