Evening Web Weather Update – Get ready for another foggy morning Tuesday with record heat possible by the afternoon! It's early March but temperatures will rise to near 90 on Tuesday and will likely exceed the current record temperature of 84 for the IAH on Tuesday, March 5. That record was set in 1998. Temperatures are expected to rise back into the 80s on Wednesday and approach 80 degrees on Thursday and Friday. Rain will remain isolated for the next few days, but will intensify late in the work week on Thursday and Friday. Nice, dry weather should return this weekend with plenty of sunshine. Don't forget that daylight saving time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, and we have moved those hours forward by one hour.
