“Can we have our supporters call the prison, marshals and members of Congress? The other prisoners here will check what I say. Thank you,” Kroll wrote in a text message to TGP.

Electronic devices are only permitted in the prison lobby for visitors, with the exception of legal visits during which the inmate's attorneys, paralegals, and investigators are permitted to use recording devices.
Correctional officers escort all visitors to a private room where they undergo invasive searches. Female visitors must take off their shoes, bend over, lift their bras and underwear, open their mouths, and stick out their tongues to ensure no illegal paraphernalia or drugs are carried into the prison.
Often, the petty, tyrannical guards delight in making visitors' lives miserable, questioning visitors about the fabric of their clothing and the cuts on the sleeves or necks of their shirts as justification for canceling a visit.
Where is the Republican Party?
The US Capitol is located approximately two miles from the DC Gulag. A few members of Congress have visited the D.C. prison twice.
The Capitol is also across the street from the US federal courthouse where each defendant is being tried on January 6, including former President Donald Trump. Not a single member of Congress or his staff observed the trial of any defendant on January 6.
