Corrupt Attorney General Andrew Weissman appeared on MSNBC to discuss the US Supreme Court's decision to agree to hear Trump's immunity argument in the case of Special Counsel Jack Smith on January 6 in Washington, DC.
The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on an accelerated schedule the week of April 22 and will decide by the end of the semester in June or earlier.
Judge Tanya Chutkan postponed the March 4 trial date indefinitely as Trump's immunity argument reaches the courts.
Jack Smith's January 6 trial may be postponed until next November, and Andrew Weissman “Pitbull” Mueller is not handling it well.
“By granting residency, [SCOTUS] Basically says that [Trump] “She is de facto immune,” Weissman told MSNBC anchor Willie Geist. “…And I think ultimately the point is they gave Trump the win here, and I think they will give Trump the win in the Colorado case as well.”
They gave Trump the win. DC is now on life support. “It's really hard to know how to get this case to court before Election Day,” Weissman said.
Weissman falsely claimed that Trump had been accused of “holding office illegally.”
In August, Trump was indicted on four counts in the Jack Smith case on January 6 in D.C.: conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

Weissman and other Trump haters on the left attack the Supreme Court for “delaying” the Jack Smith case in DC.
The Jack Smith cases against Trump were brought years after the so-called “crimes” occurred because the prosecutions were intended to disrupt Trump's election bid.
Joe Biden waited a long time to appoint Jack Smith as special counsel, and Judge Tanya Chutkan waited two months before responding to Trump's immunity argument.
If Trump had actually committed these crimes and the goal had been to bring Trump to justice, he would have been charged many years ago.
Biden's plan to convict Trump before the 2024 election appears to be falling apart.
