Judge Scott McAfee is scheduled to hear closing arguments Friday in the disbarment case of Soros-funded Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis for having an inappropriate relationship with the person she appointed as special prosecutor against Trump and 18 co-defendants in the Georgia RICO indictment and benefiting financially from the relationship. mentioned.
This session also aims to completely dismiss the indictment.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis “benefited financially” from a romantic relationship with Trump's Attorney General Nathan Wade.
Earlier this month, Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade were called to testify at an evidentiary hearing thanks to Trump's co-defendant Michael Roman's RICO lawsuit.
Judge Scott McAfee previously said that Fanny Willis may be excluded from Trump's RICO case because of her improper relationship with Trump's attorney general, Nathan Wade.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the shocking testimony at earlier hearings by Nathan Wade, Fanny Willis, and Fanny's former Black Panther father.
Nathan Wade testified under oath earlier this month that he paid for all the vacations he took with Fannie Willis using his business card — and that Fannie Willis reimbursed him in cash for the expenses.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported on bank statements showing numerous vacation expenses for Fanny Willis and himself for which he appears to have been reimbursed, including hotels, air travel, flowers, Ubers, and car rentals, as well as $3,172.20 on a cruise that suggests she financially benefited and stole from payers. Taxes to pay for luxury vacations.
Wade and Willis both testified earlier this month that they began a relationship after he was appointed to lead Trump's election interference case. The two also claimed to have met at Willis' home no more than ten times, but according to geo-tracking data, Wade likely visited Willis' home 35 times.
It was also discovered that Wade and Willis exchanged more than 2,000 voice calls and nearly 12,000 text messages in the 11 months from January to November 2021 before Nathan Wade was hired.
Robin Yearty, who worked in Fannie Willis's office, testified that Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade began their relationship in 2019 — before Willis became attorney general and appointed Nathan Wade as lead prosecutor in the RICO legal war case against President Trump. They probably perjured themselves in court – a felony!
Divorce attorney Nathan Wade and his former law partner, Terrence Bradley, returned to the stand Tuesday after previously refusing to answer questions and hiding behind attorney-client privilege. However, Judge Scott McAfee ruled he was not protected by attorney-client privilege and ordered him to testify Tuesday morning.
Watch a replay of Bradley's full testimony from earlier here.
Throughout yesterday's hearing, Bradley sidestepped questions from Trump's lawyers and his co-defendants about when Fanny Willis and Nathan Wade's relationship began. He did not answer questions, claiming that he did not know or could not remember any details.
He was sweating on the witness stand while being asked questions he claimed he couldn't answer.
According to letters he exchanged with Michael Roman's lawyer Ashley Merchant, Wade had previously told her that the relationship began long before Fanny Willis hired Wade, but they would deny the truth!
It was also revealed that Bradley told Merchant that the two had sex at Fannie Willis's private law office sometime before she took office and that Nathan Wade had a garage door opener for Fannie Willis's house.
Even the far-left hacks at NBC know the impact of these letters and Bradley's refusal to answer for Fanny Willis' side at the annulment hearing.

McAfee is a recently appointed Fulton County Superior Court judge who previously served under Fannie Willis in the District Attorney's Office. Fanny Willis and Nathan Wade should also be imprisoned for lying to the court.

He added that parties could press to continue providing evidence if necessary.
“The point is, we still stand by that argument,” McAfee said. “But the parties are free to address some of these issues that have been raised, after the hearing, if they wish.”
The Gateway Pundit will continue to provide updates on this stunning motion to disqualify Fanny Willis and the fate of the Georgia indictment against Trump and 18 other defendants.
